Due to the New Year's holiday, mail order operations such as product shipping and answering inquiries will be handled on the following dates.

■Shipping Information
We will be closed for shipping from Tuesday, December 30, 2025 to Monday, January 5, 2026.

Orders for which payment has been confirmed by Tuesday, December 23, 2025 will be shipped by Monday, December 29. Orders for which payment has been confirmed after Wednesday, December 24, 2025 will be shipped sequentially from Tuesday, January 6, 2026, so please allow longer than usual for your order to be shipped.
*If the item is a pre-order or the shipping date has been decided, it will be shipped according to the instructions on the website.
*The payment date is not the same as the payment confirmation date. It takes several days for the payment to be confirmed, so please make your payment well in advance.

■Inquiry response information
We will be closed for inquiries regarding mail order sales from Saturday, December 27, 2025 to Monday, January 5, 2026.

If you make an inquiry by email during the holiday period, we will respond to your inquiry in order from Tuesday, January 6, 2026, so it may take longer than usual. Also, depending on the status of your inquiry, it may take up to seven business days (seven days excluding weekends and holidays) for us to respond, so we ask for your understanding in advance.
