About delivery

Delivery time

Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered. Please check each product's detail page.
For pre-order items, delivery will be after the release date.

*For products where the shipping date is not specified on the product detail page, we will typically ship within 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and summer holidays) after confirming your order for credit card payments, or after confirming your payment for convenience store payments.
*This refers to "shipping," not "arrival," so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your residential area and transportation conditions.
*If you order items with different estimated shipping dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together according to the latest estimated shipping date.
*For merchandise sold at concert venues or events, depending on stock availability, shipping may take more than 10 business days.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary out of stock
・Unable to deliver due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Production delays
・Order or payment deficiencies, such as insufficient or excessive charges
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or consecutive holidays

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information. Please check it.
Clicking the "[View Order]" button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via "[My Page]" and view the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant "[Order History]."

Shipping carrier and delivery method

Delivery will be made by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
*We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts, etc.
*Orders cannot be delivered to shipping carrier's business offices, post offices, or convenience stores for pickup.

Combined shipping / Split shipping

We cannot process consolidated or split shipments of items after an order has been placed.
Items ordered simultaneously will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

Shipping fee

Nationwide flat rate: 900 yen (tax included)

[International Shipping]
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
*Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping method.
After your package arrives in the destination country/region/state, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, and VAT at the time of delivery.
*Please ensure that you comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your destination country/region/state.
*As customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, please contact the relevant customs authorities for details.

Pick up

If you are not available to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to arrange for redelivery.
If the item is not received within the storage period, it will be returned to ASOUND official STORE.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
Orders will be canceled if 2 months have passed since the return.
*As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
*The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for re-delivery.
*If there are repeated cases of refusal to receive, long-term absence, or re-delivery due to customer's convenience, we may restrict your use of our services. Please be sure to receive your items.

※Due to system maintenance, shipping to EU countries is temporarily suspended.
